Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud) 3–5 Years Experience
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on development experience and strong expertise in Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance customer support processes and improve overall service operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and customize features within Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Management, Omnichannel, Knowledge, Service Console, Entitlements, and Milestones.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce components.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement process automation using Flows, Process Builder, and other declarative tools.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and ensure high standards of code quality.
- Support release management, sandbox refreshes, and environment maintenance activities.
- Provide technical guidance and help troubleshoot Service Cloud-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong understanding of Service Cloud features, including Case Management, Omnichannel Routing, Service Console, Email-to-Case, Knowledge Base, and Entitlements.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing model, and data architecture.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and web services.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD) is a plus.
- Preferred certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Service Cloud Consultant, or related credentials.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
